🔯ANALYSIS🔯🔯🔯
🔯IPOS: Wisdom, Charisma The vulture was related to royalty and wisdom in Egypt, prophesying the birth of kings and having been adopted as a symbol of Upper Egypt during the Gemini Age (when Egypt was ruled by two kings). The Goddess Nekhbet was representative of this aspect. The vulture's power has a dual character: it represents death, by eating animal carcasses, but it also represents life and rebirth, transforming this flesh into new life. An example of representation of the vulture related to these characteristics is presented in the myth of Prometheus, whose liver was eaten by this animal and regenerated every day. Gematria 11 reducing to 2 confirms this dual character, both in relation to wisdom in the physical and spiritual planes (11) and to the duality of life/death (2). Wisdom is represented by the Sephirot Daath (occult wisdom) and Chokmah (wisdom on the physical plane), and the character of death and rebirth by the Judgment card of the tarot. The Egyptian symbolism of the Shen ring – death and rebirth – can also be related to Ipos, and the vulture is often depicted carrying this symbol in its talons.
